The role:

We’re hiring a hands-on, strategic Sales Development Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our outbound motion. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage and develop SDRs, carry an individual outbound pipeline target to start, and own our outbound tech stack and strategy.

You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to drive pipeline growth, improve SDR performance, and build an efficient, scalable outbound engine. This includes testing, integrating, and orchestrating cutting-edge tools and workflows - with a focus on automation, AI, and emerging GTM technologies.

You’ll start by leading two SDRs, with the opportunity to shape future hiring and structure. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of SDR management experience who wants to build, iterate, and lead by example in a fast-paced, Series A environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and coach the SDR team to hit and exceed outbound targets, focusing on cold calls, email outreach, events, and social selling.
  • Own and refine outbound messaging, sequences, and prospecting playbooks to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and run training programs – including weekly call reviews, role-plays, and ongoing coaching.
  • Work closely with Marketing to optimize ICP targeting, data quality, and campaign alignment.
  • Be hands-on – jump into the trenches, make cold calls, and lead by example.
  • Take full ownership of our SDR tools and processes; research, recommend, and implement new GTM tools
  • Develop and track activity and performance metrics (contacts added, calls, connects, meetings held, pipeline sourced)
  • Build and maintain dashboards for visibility into top-of-funnel performance
  • Collaborate with AEs and Sales Leadership to ensure seamless SDR → AE handoffs and pipeline progression.
  • Hire, onboard, and scale the SDR team as we grow.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of SDR or Sales Enablement leadership experience – ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience as both an SDR leader and AE is a plus.
  • Hands-on leadership style – you’re willing to make cold calls, coach live, and step in when needed.
  • Tech-savvy, ops-minded and process-driven – strong experience with outbound tools like Apollo, Clay and Sales Navigator.
  • Strong collaboration skills – ability to align Sales, Marketing, and SDRs to drive outbound success.
  • Startup mindset – comfortable building from scratch and iterating quickly.
  • Bonus: Experience selling to UX, Research, or Product teams.
