The role:
We’re hiring a hands-on, strategic Sales Development Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our outbound motion. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage and develop SDRs, carry an individual outbound pipeline target to start, and own our outbound tech stack and strategy.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to drive pipeline growth, improve SDR performance, and build an efficient, scalable outbound engine. This includes testing, integrating, and orchestrating cutting-edge tools and workflows - with a focus on automation, AI, and emerging GTM technologies.
You’ll start by leading two SDRs, with the opportunity to shape future hiring and structure. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of SDR management experience who wants to build, iterate, and lead by example in a fast-paced, Series A environment.
