AI to monitor thousands of security cameras.

Conntour lets governments and corporations query their security cameras. Users can search past footage (“Find a man with a blue backpack”), set alerts (“Notify me if someone climbs over the wall”), and extract data (“How many vehicles entered yesterday?”). We just completed an $80K POC with the Singapore government, which was a great success, leading us toward a $2M/year contract. That’s only one of five huge customers we’re set to close in the next few months. Matan (CEO) worked with security cameras for years, leading video surveillance in the Israel Defense Forces. Tomer (CTO) is a second-time founder and former director of engineering. Our team also includes computer vision experts from Israel’s elite 8200 intelligence unit and former top officials from the Mossad. The problem with existing solutions is that they offer low customization, as they’re limited to pre-defined parameters (like shirt color or license plate number). This lack of flexibility causes missed critical events, too many false alarms, and countless hours wasted on manual footage review. Conntour solves this by offering unlimited customization through natural language queries - just ask anything.

Matan Goldner, Co-Founder & CEO

I’m the co-founder and CEO of Conntour. I worked with security cameras for years, leading video surveillance in the Israel Defense Forces. I also led surveillance at a private security company - where I worked with most of the existing video analytics solutions. In those roles, I used most of the existing solutions and experienced a major need that had no real solution. That experience also helped me build strong connections with global leaders in our industry.

Tomer Kulla

Tomer Kulla, Co-Founder & CTO

Co-Founder and CTO at Conntour, with a BSc in Computer Science focused on computer vision. Previously, I founded and sold Nilus, where I worked on eCommerce ad-tech and recommendation engines (ML). My career spans both hands-on experience—particularly in web, MLOps, and big data—and leadership roles, including managing teams and as a Director of Engineering manging goup of 3 teams.

Who we’re building it for:

Conntour targets organizations with thousands of security cameras. That includes governments (military, police, intelligence) and businesses (corporates, retail, industrial companies). These teams can’t manage so many cameras and it leads to huge losses - money, legal violations, and even human lives.
